Allison and Heather are tasked to help keep the Casper boys from doing anything stupid while waiting in the emergency room. That fail, too. Finally, they lock the Casper brothers in the room downstairs. While waiting, the brothers find the escape tapes and watch it. Heather breaks out, but the tape ends abruptly, leaving the brothers jolted by a jarring conclusion. Allison tries a different tactic: she’s about to convince Heather to let them go, but Heather suddenly self-destructs in a fit of rage. Blaming Allison for the Casper twins' death, Heather invents a new plan and tries to push Alison into a claw machine — only to be pulled in herself. She screams bloody murder, and the tape runs out.
Matt arrives at the twins' house and unchains them. Lisa returns to find her house has been wiped out by the fire. She hears a noise at the door and runs to it, hoping someone will help. A wendigo, surrounded by bodies of dead zombies, tries to come into her home, but Matt surprises it and kills it.
Matthew, who has learned of Lisa’s situation, rescues her and the Casper twins to bring them back to their home. He takes them to Beth’s grave and forces them to watch the video to relive her agony as a zombie. Suddenly, a strange man walks into the house and releases the Casper twins.
Josh appears behind Allison and Heather as they are searching for the Casper brothers. The three of them fight and the wendigo breaks through Heather’s wrist, taking a large chunk of flesh. Heather screams in agony and drops the flashlight, allowing Josh to grab it and shove it deep up his throat.
