I have tried every solution I can think of but nothing has worked. I assume it's to do with the fact that this is a trial version and the install directory has been deleted. It is installed in the following path /program files /solarwinds /toolsets /10.5 or similar. I have Windows 10 64 Bit and the latest Update of the Toolset installed from the Windows Update. You'll need to get to the point where Toolset complains there's another version installed. You should end up with a tab for 'SolarWinds Toolset', and a check box. Uncheck that box, and then reinstall the newer version.
I really don't know what to choose, as I am afraid I might be put in a position that doesn't fit me (speaking of the first position) and I am also afraid that the second position (Technical Sales Engineer) might not be the right one for me.
