Hello Mr venketesan... I am Balaji physiotherapist... After reading your comment I understood that It could be pain in the nerve root due to stiffness of muscle. Kindly Place the pillow on back of your knee that could relieve your pain. Give some hot packs on back and buttock region... Then apply pain relieveing volini cream. Hope this would help u get better.
