Mulder returns to his apartment, re-reading the file on Duane Barry and Scully's kidnapping on the table. He is later lying in the darkness, watching pornography, with a look of despair written across his face. The phone rings and an unknown caller informs Mulder that Scully is in Northeast Georgetown Medical Center, Washington, D.C.. Mulder speeds over to the hospital, barges down the hallways and, despite a nurse trying to stop him, bursts through the ward doors, where he finds Scully in a coma, in critical condition and on life support, as Margaret is watching Dana. Mulder snaps, demanding to know how she got into the hospital and who brought her there. He approaches a Dr. Daly and angrily asks to see the admission forms. Mulder is dragged out of the ward, threateningly screaming at Daly, worried the doctor is involved with \"them\" and swearing he will find out what \"they\" did to Scully.
Meanwhile, inside a metaphor representing Scully's mind, Dana sits alone in a small rowboat, tied to a pier by a rope. Mulder, Melissa Scully and an unknown woman are standing on the pier. Mulder says she isn't here and Melissa tells him to stop being angry, as his negative energy is blocking her. Mulder says he needs to do more and leaves.
Sometime thereafter, Mulder, Melissa, Dr. Daly and Margaret are again in a private room. Daly tells them that some people have lived for nine years on mechanical ventilation. He reports this is not likely to be the case with Scully, however, and that she will not improve. Margaret observes to Mulder that he and Scully had a relationship built on respect and concedes that, even though she lost her husband in the last year and is desperate not to lose Dana too, she has always respected Dana. She says it's a moment for the family but that Mulder is welcome to join them. He solemnly shakes his head, however. In Scully's dream state, the rope holding her boat snaps and Scully drifts away, into parts unknown.
\"Persistence of Vision\" is the 24th episode of Star Trek: Voyager, the eighth episode in the second season. This science fiction television episode, part of the Star Trek franchise, is several hundred years in the future in Earth's galaxy. A Federation starship is stranded on the other side of the Galaxy, and its warp drive will take decades to return. In this episode, the ship's captain is revealed to be quite stressed and takes some to time to relax in the holodeck. But her experience, in a way typical of this franchise, explores illusion and reality aboard a spaceship encountering unknown aliens.
After that relentless, hold-your-breath action, the episode settles down somewhat to set up the future. Ciri is back in Kaer Morhen and safe, for now, while Yennefer finally has her powers back. Unfortunately, while the Deadless Mother might have been dispatched, bigger threats are on the horizon. Firstly, in the hellscape sphere, Ciri was almost kidnapped by the Wraiths of Mörhogg, aka The Wild Hunt, a group of eerie specters galloping on undead horses. What they want with her is unknown.
KM: But what those internal resources will look like is still unknown. Now, 14 months after the creation of the Public Safety Committee, the University will form another group to address that question. Bolton told Crump that she plans to organize an advisory task force of students, faculty and staff by the end of the fall semester.
Obeisance: Tanya's Obeisance is tearing out strands of her hair, but whether or not the amount pulled out is proportionate to the time the insects are summoned for or how many are used is unknown, as she pulled out three handfuls for summoning just a small swarm to ward off Nika, yet only one as payment for summoning a much larger horde that devoured Nika alive.[1]
She is later sent to Nika by Repnin in a bid to use Nika to locate Suou and apologizes to him for acting so strangely towards him. Nika accepts, but as he hugs her, her eyes revert again to being blank and emotionless, and she glares at him without him noticing. She accompanies Nika further as they try to contact Suou to no avail, her phone, unknown to them, having being broken by Hei, when FSB agents contact her after Nika leaves, ordering her to start her mission, and she uses her Contractor power on Nika. Later, he and other FSB agents come across both Hei and Suou at a train station, and when Suou asks her why she's joined them, she explains that she will be rewarded and granted a prestigious position in their ranks for helping them. She asks Suou of Shion Pavlichenko's whereabouts, and before she can force an answer out with her Contractor power, Hei interrupts her. She does battle with him, and manages to trap him under a train carriage. While she is in a position to kill him, a bloodied and bruised Nika intervenes and attempts to reason with Tanya, but to no avail, with Tanya using her insect swarm to devour and kill him. This action traumatizes Suou, who, in her shock, inadvertently awakens her dormant Contractor powers. Tanya is fired upon by Suou, the first shot knocking her out, and Suou aims at her again in an attempt to finish her off, but is stopped by Hei.[3] 59ce067264
