A digital code will be sent to your email address which you will then be able to redeem in Ubisoft. Then you can just download, install and enjoy your new game! You can find more specific instructions under Code Activation Guide.
In order to activate your key, you will have to download the Steam client to your computer. Once you find the Steam key in your activation email, you simply go to the Steam client and find the category: add a game. Copy and paste the code into the code section. You should now be able to view your game in the library.
